Church Family Emergency Fund
The Caldwell UMC has established a Church Family Emergency Fund to provide assistance to members and friends of the CUMC who are experiencing financial difficulties. This ministry is totally confidential and designed to help those who may need assistance with their utilities, groceries, etc. If you are in need, please contact Pastor Viv.
This ministry was started at the initiative of the Church Council and is a budget line item in the 2012 budget. Extra contributions from church members and friends can be given to this ministry if you wish to make a gift above your normal pledge (payable to CUMC and earmarked: Church Family Emergency Fund). There are white envelopes attached to the back of the pews for this ministry. The hope is that through your year round support, this ministry will continue to sustain itself. If you would like more information on the new ministry, please contact Pastor Viv.
